MicroZed Computers do not disclose any information about our customers to anyone else without express permission.
What you see on your invoice is most of the information we have of you, and this is kept within our house accounting package. Attached to that package is a database that may store alternative 'phone numbers, alternative addresses, serial numbers, and your purchase record for upgrade and warranty purposes. We do not hold your credit card information.
Sometimes we become aware that a customer could be able to help another customer with a project. MicroZed may in this situation put customers in touch with each other, however we will always obtain your express permission before doing so.
MicroZed NEVER sends an email asking for credit card or bank account details to be sent by email. If you receive such an email it is a forgery and should be reported to your ISP.
